Here's what's on the China Center of Adoption Affairs website:

"The CCAA has finished the placement of children for the families whose adoption application documents were registered with our office before August 9, 2005."

So I think we should be in good shape to get a referral at the end of October! Yeah! One more month to go. As the wait is drawing to a close I'm getting more ansy but I'll have to be patient 'cuz there's nothing else I can do.
